Commander Phobos Paine

Another OC, but he's not mine. I just kind of designed him for Shining one day because it seemed like a fun challenge... He looks a little darker and sloppy, but he's what I call a working sketch (sketches that I do just to jot down ideas but almost NEVER color). He just turned out so good that I HAD to color him!
